MLTR live performance at the so called Nepal Rock Festival at Tundikhel, Kathmandu, Nepal yesterday (19th November 2011) becomes the second international gig in the country to be proud of. Till yesterday, we had one international concert we were really proud of – Bryan Adams concert in Nepal and now with yesterday’s performance of MLTR live in the town we have another concert added to our list of mainstream music act. Indeed a night memorable for both MLTR and for kathmanduities.
The musical show that lasted for almost two hours saw the band perform mix of their greatest and latest songs. Lead vocalist and keyboardist Jascha Richter started it with [quote]We’re so happy to be here in Nepal for the first time. We can’t believe we’re here. Thank you for having us here.[/quote]
The crowd was seen at its best when the band members asked “We’ve been working on this brand new record and it’s going to be released in spring. We have been busy shooting footage for one of the music videos here in Nepal. So how about you guys help us? The concert also had presence of home bands including Sabin Rai, Kutumba and Mt 8848.
